Smart is seeking a Lead Engineer to supervise day shift operations in London Bridge, overseeing planned preventive maintenance and reactive works on building systems. The role focuses on HVAC/ME performance, adherence to schedules, and proactive improvements.
Key requirements include NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installations, 17th/18th Edition, and CAFM system experience; HVAP training is desirable. Monday–Friday, no call out, with excellent career progression in a leading facilities company.
