Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a reliable Fabric Maintenance Engineer for a modern, high-spec commercial office building in Central London. You will take lead on building fabric maintenance, interior finishes, and general repairs, working with on-site M&E engineers to keep the environment pristine for corporate tenants.
The role is permanent and full-time (Mon-Fri, 40 hours). You will carry out PPMs, carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and ensure health & safety documentation
