An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial office sites across London.
The successful candidate will have a strong air conditioning and HVAC background, with experience working on chillers being highly desirable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a long-term mobile position, offering a competitive salary, company vehicle with private use and plenty of overtime opportunities.
The Role- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Servicing, fault-finding and repairing air conditioning equipment, chillers and associated plant.
- Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs across the portfolio.
- Working predominantly across London and within the M25, with occasional travel to other sites for holiday cover.
- Participating in a call-out rota.
- Overtime available, including weekends.
- Salary of £50,000–£55,000, depending on experience.
- Monday–Friday, days. 40-hour week
- Company vehicle with private use permitted.

- Proven experience as a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer or AC Engineer.
- Strong commercial building services experience.
- Good knowledge of air conditioning, chillers and HVAC systems.
- Relevant industry qualifications.
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and repair skills.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
