SUSHISAMBA Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its busy, fast-paced fine-dining operation. The role supports maintenance across restaurants and shared services. The engineer will respond to maintenance concerns, carry out reactive and planned maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance.
Ideal candidates have multi-trade capabilities (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) and are available for emergencies outside normal hours. A strong hospitality maintenance background is advantageous.
