- Pediatric Hospitalist

We are needing 3 weeks of 24hr call coverage starting in June. Call coverage will be beeper coverage (provider is not required to be onsite).
- Shifts would be 7am-7am
- It is estimated that they will only do about 3 hours of in person rounding per day (if called in and only if babies are admitted in).
- Should be within 20-30 minutes of the facility to respond to calls.

We will look at 2 providers to cover the 3 weeks we need.

Responsibilities Include:

- Rounding to discharge newborn patients
- Newborn coverage, would be called in for an emergency event
- Level 1 unit
- Don't deliver below 36 weeks

Required:

Active OR license and OR DEA is required.
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years is required.
NRP and BLS

Privileging will take 90-120 days to complete. Please ensure quick completion of the provider application to ensure the privileging timeline stays on track for a June 1st start.
