- Administrative Freedom: our dedicated support staff handles all medical billing, scheduling, and administrative duties so you can focus 100% on patient care.
- True Work-Life Balance: this is not a high‑pressure "burnout mill." We offer flexible scheduling options with ample opportunity to comfortably manage your caseload.
- Modern Clinic Environment: treat your patients out of a beautiful, well‑equipped, and rapidly growing Southern Oregon community space.
- Direct Patient Care: provide professional chiropractic assessments, standard adjustments, and customized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Patient
Education:
educate patients on spinal health, proper posture, lifestyle adjustments, and long‑term preventative care. - Collaborative Health: partner alongside a supportive team of clinical professionals to ensure the highest quality health outcomes.
- Community Relations: build and maintain lasting, trusting relationships with new and returning patients throughout the Central Point community.
- Education:

- Personality & Culture Fit: a friendly, self‑motivated professional committed to delivering excellent patient experiences and building long‑term rapport.
- Skills:
strong verbal communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
We believe in clinical balance, fair pay, and patient‑first care. Our comprehensive benefits package is structured to support your physical, financial, and professional health:
- Total Compensation: $ guaranteed base salary.
- Health & Wellness: comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Time Off: generous paid time off (PTO) model and parental leave.
- Professional Growth: dedicated professional development assistance.
