Grounds Maintenance

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a reliable and flexible Full-Time Grounds Maintenance team member to assist a local organization with day-to-day operations and special events. This role supports regular weekday operations while also assisting with special events that may occur on evenings or weekends. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting when events are taking place.

• Provide general administrative and operational support
• Assist with event setup and teardown, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service during events
• Support coordination efforts to ensure events run smoothly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
• Assist with light clerical duties as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability for events
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
• Reliable transportation

• Prior event support, hospitality, or customer service experience
