Athletic Trainer – Providence Central Point Medical Group (Central Point – Full Time, Day Schedule)
Provide athletic training coverage and support for sport team/school assignments as directed by the Clinical Supervisor for Rehab Services or Sports Medicine. Coordinate injury prevention, immediate assessment/evaluation/treatment, and appropriate triage of injuries.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in a health‑related field or equivalent education/experience
- Oregon Athletic Trainer License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
- Board of Certification (BOC) membership (upon hire)
- Completed Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check in compliance with company policy and state regulations (PL 540 and 580 only)
- Two years of experience working as an athletic trainer in a school or college environment
