4 days/week -- Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts
8 am - 6:30 pm shift hours
Avg 16 - 20 patients per day
Outpatient clinic setting
Scheduled 30-min appts in the morning; walk-in patients in the afternoon
Full spectrum primary care -- peds to geriatrics required

Experience with chronic conditions, behavioral health, and gender affirming care
Substance use disorder and women's health experience preferred
