As a Site General Manager, you will own your own car wash. You will be responsible for all aspects of operating the site, including facility management, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service, and safety. You will hire, train, coach, manage, and develop a team, creating a culture that engages teammates and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

• Own and operate the car wash with support from regional and central teams.
• Manage facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service, and safety.
• Address customer claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, coach, manage, and develop a high‑performance team.
• Drive sales growth and achieve financial and performance results.
• Proactively solve operational, people, and profit challenges.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience, ideally in a service‑related business.
• Car wash experience preferred but not required.

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Effectively manage time, work, and team to meet varied responsibilities.
• Achieve financial and performance results through own and other teams.
• Use creative problem‑solving to address operational challenges.

Typical annual earnings include a base salary of $58,000 plus a $1,500 monthly bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to individual and company performance. Site General Managers can also earn uncapped commission from membership sales.
