Pizza Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Bend location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pizza and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Open the store to the public at its given time.
• Turn on all heavy machinery needed.
• Count registers and verify counts match end-of-day counts.
• Manage safe responsibilities during the shift and transfer the safe to the incoming manager at closing.
• Upload daily reports and manage daily spreadsheets for inventory and projections.
• Oversee employees during their shift and resolve customer requests.
• Complete all Zenput tasks.
• Close registers at end of day, ensure cleaning tasks are completed.
• Properly hand over the safe at closing and lock up the store.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pizza industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
