Parts Counterperson

Role Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, fast-paced, and customer-focused Parts counterperson to join our busy heavy equipment repair shop. This role is the central hub of daily operations—balancing customer service, technician support, parts procurement, and administrative tasks to keep the shop running efficiently.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Counterperson located in Central Point, OR. The Parts Counterperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the parts counter, assisting with sales, and effectively managing inventory control. Daily tasks will include identifying and sourcing parts for customers, processing shipping and receiving, and maintaining organized inventory systems.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and vendors
• Proficiency in Inventory Control, including cataloging and organization
• Experience in Sales and working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Shipping & Receiving processes, with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software preferred
