• Perform inventories, tally, or other forms of tracking as required for the retail and operation environments.
• Conduct general housekeeping functions, such as vacuuming, sweeping outside areas, dusting, and restroom maintenance.
• Assist Good Works staff with implementation of work plans and guidelines as established for client programs, as assigned by store manager.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends as assigned.
• Perform daily checks and maintenance on equipment.

• Speak and understand the English language sufficient to read materials, communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Able to maintain the physical requirements of the working environment.
• Perform simple mathematical calculations.

• Experience that would lend itself to good customer service is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a retail or comparable environment is preferred.

• Medium physical demand level.
• Regularly required to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear; frequently required to walk and/or stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must regularly lift, carry, and/or move up to 20 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally; ability to push/pull and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Occasional need to push heavy, wheeled carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks and other material handling equipment with loads weighing up to 250 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
• Work is performed primarily indoors in a climate-controlled space; may occasionally perform work in outside weather conditions.
