Job Title: Roof Loader
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm (or until job is complete; times may vary)

As a Roof Loader, you'll support the setup of roofing job sites, assist with the safe handling and placement of materials, and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll be directly involved in unloading roofing supplies, setting up safety equipment, and ensuring all materials are delivered efficiently and in accordance with OSHA standards.

What You'll Do
As a Roof Loader, you will be responsible for:
- Safely setting up roofing job sites and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Properly setting ladders and installing toe boards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Securing fall protection systems using anchors and other safety equipment.
- Loading and unloading roofing materials from conveyor trucks or boom pallets.
- Strategically placing roofing materials on roof boards for efficient installation.
- Calculating roof dimensions to ensure safe and accurate material placement.
- Working collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Maintaining constant awareness of safety procedures and wearing fall protection gear at all times.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to lift and carry at least 75 pounds throughout the workday.
- Comfort working at heights and on pitched roofs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to safety standards, including OSHA protocols.
- Reliable attendance, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude.
- Competitive hourly wage of $19.00.
