Location & Shift

Dispatch Trucking #9902, 3010 Foron Rd, Centralia, WA .
Shift may start between 3:00am and 10:30am.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Administrative and clerical support for Service Shop and Maintenance, Quality Assurance, System Operator, Human Resource Clerk, and Office Assistant roles.

Provide clerical support including filing, keying, faxing, data entry, and data extraction from multiple systems. Use computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office. Maintain forms, reports, and logs via computerized management software, perform weekly inventory, track financial transactions, and communicate with suppliers regarding equipment warranties.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with file organization, data entry, and use of common office software.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 6 months experience in Walmart logistics clerical activities or 1 year experience in general clerical activities using computer applications.
• For Human Resources Clerk positions: 1 year coursework in a related field and 1 year experience using computer applications, OR 1 year experience in HR activities (payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, FMLA, OSHA) and 1 year experience using computer applications.

Hourly wage range: $15.00 to $29.65. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums up to $3.00 per hour.
