Compensation: $17.13 - $17.37 per hour

• Deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide excellent guest service, including clear communication of vehicle status.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid‑level technicians.
• Check and communicate oil levels and tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels, complete vehicle inspections.
• Install new oil drain plugs and filters; clean and lubricate fittings.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting up to 50lb, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 months of customer‑facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self‑motivated, dependable, and a team player.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lb, and perform manual tasks in varying temperatures and conditions.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
