Twin City Smiles Family Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team in Centralia, WA. This role provides the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient-centered care, educate patients, and help improve your community’s oral health in a modern, supportive environment. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

• $60 - $70 per hour

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Two Fridays/month: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Closed weekends

• License & Certification:
  Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Current Washington State Dental Hygiene License
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care

• Dental Hygienist License CPR Certification BLS Certification X-ray / Radiography Certification Local Anesthesia Certification Nitrous Oxide Certification Expanded Functions Dental Hygienist Advanced Dental Hygiene Practitioner Certification Infection Control License Driver's license

• Prior experience in a dental hygiene role
• Familiarity with digital charting and dental practice software

• Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, polishing, and periodontal therapy
• Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral images
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and complete periodontal charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, dental care, and preventive strategies
  
  Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to provide coordinated patient care
• Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure patient safety
