Overview
Under supervision the Respiratory Therapist provides services to patients at Providence Centralia Hospital as prescribed by physicians in conjunction with established policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. Responsible for assessing the patient's respiratory status and recommending appropriate therapies. Implements therapies and evaluates patient response to therapeutic interventions. The Respiratory Therapist accepts and promotes professional development as an integral part of practice. Assesses, analyzes, customizes, coordinates and communicates the patient's plan of care and actively collaborates with other members of the health care team.

Required Qualifications- Associate's Degree:
Respiratory Care or equivalent education/experience. - Upon hire:
Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire:
Provider ACLS - American Heart Association - Upon hire:
Provider PALS - American Heart Association - 1 year clinical experience as Respiratory Therapist.
