Overview

Description: The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate and monitor for safety, efficacy and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitor clinical data, educate patients, and provide general drug information to the healthcare team. This role works closely with the Clinical Pharmacy leadership through various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and personal professional growth and development.

  • Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy or
  • Pharm

    D in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

The Team
