Description
The Contracts Specialist is responsible for drafting, tracking, filing, and accurate preparation of Providence St. Peter Hospital and Providence Centralia Hospital physician and medical group contracts. This position also performs vendor contract management function in support of the South Puget Sound Hospitals.

Required Qualifications:- Associate's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience training with contracts
- 2 years of experience in contract management/procurement
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/office administration Or equivalent educ/experience
- 5 years of experience in healthcare role with office administration related responsibilities
- Experience managing legal documents
- Compliance experience with Government regulations (HIPPA, OIG, State and local etc.)
