Wage: $30+ per hour DOE

• The Social Services Director is responsible for providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents/patients.
• Develops a rapport with the residents/patients and presents their concerns to center management.
• Charts as assigned
• Assists with Resident Council
• Spearheads all discharge planning for residents
• Follows all center's policies and procedures

• Bachelors degree in Social Work REQUIRED
• Qualified Social Worker PREFERRED
• Ability to speak, understand, write and read in English
• Previous experience in a long term care setting PREFERRED
• Ability to pass a background screening with no disqualifying events

Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Three Rivers expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
