Overview
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient-specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate and monitor safety, efficacy, and pharmaco-economics optimization opportunities. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitor clinical data, educate patients, and provide general drug information to the healthcare team. This role works closely with Clinical Pharmacy leadership through various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and supporting professional growth and development.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy or Pharm
D in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy. - Upon hire:
