The Senior Clinical Manager – Specialty Pharmacotherapy Clinics is a clinically advanced, operationally focused pharmacy leader responsible for the oversight, implementation, and optimization of specialty pharmacotherapy clinic programs in a hospital setting. This role integrates clinical practice leadership, program implementation, and performance management to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex and chronic conditions managed through collaborative drug therapy management models.

We are hiring for two positions. The focus area of each is as follows:

• Pharmacotherapy Specialty Services (i.e. Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Cardiology)
• Pharmacotherapy Oncology and Anticoagulation Services

• Bachelor's Degreeinaccredited college/school of Pharmacy.

• 5 years
  
  Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical experience.
• 3 years
  
  Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical leadership experience.

• Pharm Din Pharmacyor  an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's DegreeinMPH; MBAor equivalent education/experience.
• 3 yearscollaborative drug therapy management clinical practice experience.
