Position Overview
ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a Washington public school district to hire a School Psychologist to support students across K–12 settings. This role reports to the Executive Director of Special Services and supports students’ psycho-educational development, academic functioning, and social-emotional needs.

The School Psychologist will collaborate closely with district and building teams to support assessment, intervention, eligibility determination, and special education programming.

Compensation

$80–$90 per hour (DOE)

Full-time school-year contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations
  • Interpret assessment results and lead eligibility determinations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor FBAs, PBIPs, and ERPs
  • Participate in and facilitate multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings
  • Provide direct intervention and consultation for behavioral, social, and emotional needs
  • Support MTSS and SEL frameworks
  • Provide classroom consultation and behavior support
  • Assist with Child Find activities

    Required Qualifications
    • Valid Washington State ESA Certification as a School Psychologist
    • Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and eligibility processes
    • Experience with assessment, data collection, and interpretation
    • Experience implementing behavior intervention systems
    • Working knowledge of MTSS and SEL best practices
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Five or more years of special education experience
    • Spanish-speaking ability
    • School counseling or BCBA certification
    • Crisis management and/or threat assessment training
    • Experience working with diverse student populations
