American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 1+ years of experience for an 8-week acute care hospital assignment.

• Community hospital setting with teaching hospital and Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Work settings include adult acute care, adult outpatient, bedside/portable procedures, emergency department, ICU, and operating room, with pediatric acute care and PICU preferred
• Procedures include abdomen/GI, lower and upper extremity imaging, spine and pelvis, chest and thorax, skull and orbits imaging
• Fluoroscopy studies including arthrography, barium swallow/esophagus, contrast enema, trauma cases, upper GI series, and enema studies
• Mobile/surgical imaging including C-arm procedures, portable abdomen, and portable chest
• Uses PACS system, Philips equipment, and Fuji CR preferred
• Epic EMR required
• 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required approximately 2 shifts per month, with weeknight call from  and weekend call split into two 12-hour shifts
• May be required to float between sister facilities

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist required
• Current BLS and ARRT (R) certification required
• Washington state license required (license required if applicable)
• Acute care, ER, ICU, bedside, OR, and fluoroscopy experience required
• Community hospital experience required; teaching hospital and Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Two professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required
• Must provide SSN and DOB for compliance purposes

• First-time travelers will be considered
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract
• Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period, provided they do not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All requested time off must be submitted upfront during the application process
• Candidates should disclose any prior work history at Providence facilities, including dates and locations, if applicable
