Schedule: Day Shift

• Serve as the first point of contact for drivers, check carriers in and out, assign dock doors, and coordinate shipment schedules.
• Verify shipping and receiving paperwork, maintain shipment records, and enter data accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Communicate with warehouse and transportation teams regarding arrivals, no-shows, schedule changes, and load completion status.
