About the Position
Entry‑level production positions open at our sawmill in Centralia, Washington. These roles offer opportunities for advancement within the plant site, including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision.
- Learn and work on various machine stations within our sawmill.
- Shovel, rake, and sweep wood by‑products.
- Stack and pile lumber.
- The work is fast‑paced and can, at times, be demanding.
- Repetitive lifting and work in both hot and cold environments.
- Applicants with recent, related work history and verifiable references.
- All applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Hourly pay ranging from $22.84 to $23.53.
- Full Health Benefits Plan (medical, dental, and vision) with low‑cost premiums.
- 401(k) with company match and additional retirement contributions.

- Paid vacation and 10 holidays.
