RN - ICU

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of ICU experience and will be expected to manage a patient ratio of 1:2. First-timers are accepted. The clinician must have the ability to float between like units as per policy.

• Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient health status and response to treatment.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic health record.

• 1 year of ICU nursing experience is required.
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• WA license or Compact license required.
