RN - ER

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to provide exceptional care in a fast‑paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, managing complex cases, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide patient assessment, triage, and ongoing care in the emergency department.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
• Monitor patient conditions and react swiftly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and care plans.

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience, with a strong caseload of at least 95 patients per day.
• Experience in a 4:1 patient ratio environment.
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC required.
• Experience with electronic charting systems, preferably Epic.
