Three Rivers Care offers an onsite, 4‑week Nursing Assistant‑Certified (NAC) training program. The program is completely free, with tuition fully covered, including the application fee for a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license, Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), and state testing fees.
Students receive assistance with test preparation and hands‑on skills lab training throughout the program. Those who successfully complete the course are offered a full‑time position at Three Rivers Care.
Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) employees earn $20.00 per hour and pay increases to $22.00 per hour once the NAC license is active. Space is limited and interviews are conducted on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
We offer flexible scheduling, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
