• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running smoothly.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion the Famous culture by embodying the behaviors that power our Customer Connection, providing stellar customer engagement.

• Perform other responsibilities as needed to ensure business needs are met.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Communicates positively with associates at all levels.
• Exercises independent judgment, partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Works effectively within a team.
• Works a flexible schedule to meet business needs: holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
