As a full-time Multifamily Sales Associate you will be dedicated to a portfolio of apartment communities in the Tacoma area. We’re looking for driven, confident communicators to join our team as an MDU Sales Associate representing Lightcurve—Washington’s locally rooted, rapidly expanding fiber-internet provider. You’ll be the face of Lightcurve in assigned apartment communities—introducing residents to faster, more reliable internet and turning conversations into lasting customer relationships.

This role blends relationship-driven account management with field sales execution. Success requires consistent onsite presence, collaboration with property teams, and the ability to drive resident adoption through events, marketing, and direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work assigned portfolio of apartment communities, building relationships with onsite staff and becoming a trusted partner to residents and property teams.
  • Visit assigned properties regularly (minimum monthly) to maintain presence, drive awareness, and support sales initiatives.
  • Door-tag and market apartment communities with approval from property staff to drive resident awareness and demand.
  • Partner with property staff on resident events and activations to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Deliver concise, compelling presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage your pipeline—track contacts, follow up, and close sales using Lightcurve’s CRM.
  • Meet or exceed sales and adoption targets within assigned properties.
  • Support customers through the installation process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Represent Lightcurve professionally in every interaction and embody our commitment to community connection.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you listen as well as you speak.
  • Competitive drive and resilience; you see “no” as one step closer to “yes.”
  • Organized and self-managed; able to work independently in the field.
  • A nimble, hands-on contributor with a competitive drive to win against larger market players.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM or mobile apps).
  • Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to complete and pass background and drug screening, and fingerprinting(where needed) requirements.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
Location, Hours, Physical Requirements, and Work Environment
  • Full Time (40 hours per week) in 8-hour shifts
  • Occasional evening or weekend meetings and events should be expected based on partner availability.
  • Required 2 days per week minimum in the Tacoma Lightcurve local office.
  • This is an in-person, field-based role requiring travel within assigned territories (Greater Tacoma area). You’ll be visiting apartment communities, engaging residents, and working with onsite teams in all types of weather.
  • A regular workday will include time both outdoor and indoors, with regular walking, standing, climbing stairs, carrying lightweight marketing materials, driving, sitting, keying, and viewing screens.
  • You will regularly visit multifamily properties and developer offices, including active construction environments.
Compensation
  • $41,600 Base ($20/hr) + Uncapped Commissions; OTE $110,000+ (top performers exceed target earnings)
