Master Automotive Technician – $45.00–$50.00/hr Flat Rate – No Weekends

Location: Centralia, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45.00–$50.00/hr Flat Rate (Depending on Experience & Skills)

Position Summary

We're hiring an experienced Master Automotive Technician for a growing, customer-focused repair shop in Centralia, WA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity with no weekends

The shop is looking for a Master Automotive Technician with exceptional diagnostic ability, extensive hands-on repair experience, and pride in delivering high-quality work. If you excel at solving complex drivability and electrical concerns while working in a clean, organized, technician-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across all major vehicle systems.
  • Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, engine performance, and intermittent vehicle concerns.
  • Perform repairs involving braking systems, steering systems, suspension systems, HVAC systems, transmission systems, and engine systems.
  • Utilize OBD-II diagnostic scanners, digital multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment to efficiently identify and resolve vehicle issues.
  • Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and accurately document findings electronically.
  • Communicate repair recommendations clearly with service advisors and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • Proven Master Automotive Technician with advanced automotive diagnostics and repair skills.
  • Strong experience diagnosing complex electrical, drivability, and engine performance issues.
  • Proficient using scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and digital inspection platforms.
  • ASE Certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $45.00–$50.00/hr Flat Rate depending on experience and skills.
  • Earning potential well over $100K annually
