We are looking for high-caliber people to join our company and be a key part of our growth. Cascade Fence & Deck has been building incredible outdoor spaces since 1997, and we're continuing to grow because of the great people on our team.

We're looking for hardworking, reliable people who enjoy staying busy and take pride in doing quality work. Experience isn't required, we'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Our Shop & Yard team is the engine behind every project we build.

You'll help keep our crews moving by making sure trucks are loaded, materials are organized, and the shop and yard stay clean and efficient.

• Load and unload crew trucks
• Stage materials and job packs for upcoming projects
• Keep the shop and yard clean and organized
• Help with gate fabrication and welding (we'll train you)
• Safely operate forklifts and move materials
• Work alongside a small team that likes to work hard and have fun

This is a physically active job. If you like working with your hands instead of sitting behind a desk, you'll probably enjoy it.

• Starting wage: $18-$28/hour DOE
• Paid overtime
