Patagonia CNC Machines is an industrial automation company serving manufacturers across the United States.

We install and support laser cutting systems, CNC equipment, and robotic solutions that help our customers improve productivity and efficiency.

We are a growing, hands-on team focused on quality work, problem solving, and long-term relationships with our clients.

We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on technician to help install and support industrial laser, CNC, and robotic systems at customer facilities.

This is a field‑based position. No prior experience is required. We will train the right person.

• Install and set up laser, CNC, and robotic equipment
• Assist with equipment testing, commissioning, and start‑up
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on‑site
• Travel to customer locations for installations and service visits
• Provide technical support and ensure proper machine operation

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to travel as needed

• Trade school or technical background
• Experience with machinery, automotive, HVAC, or similar hands‑on work
• Spanish is a plus

• Career growth in automation and robotics
