Position Description
Cherokee Village Assisted Living is seeking a caring and motivated Nurse who has a passion for the geriatric field.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Nurse and Physician in the provision of resident care.
- Provide full resident care, including administering medications and electronic documentation.
- Collect ongoing resident responses to care.
- Assist in admission and discharge planning.
- Interact with residents and families.
- Supervise floors.
- Collaborate with the RN, licensed physician, or Care Plan Team to evaluate the resident’s plan of care and progress toward goal attainment.
Work hours:
part‑time, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm / 6:30 pm – 6:30 am.
