We are seeking an experienced Senior Steel Welder with expertise in GMAW welding and blueprint interpretation. This role requires more than 3 years of welding experience, a commitment to quality, and the ability to produce exact welds under demanding conditions. You'll support junior welders and ensure all projects meet rigorous standards for performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate GMAW equipment for steel welding

• Perform precise, complex welds with attention to detail

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints effectively

• Ensure weld quality meets high standards consistently

• Mentor and support junior welding team members

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in steel welding

• CWB certification or ability to obtain it

• Experience with aluminum and stainless welding

• High school diploma and additional welding training

• Reliable transportation required for job
