Roofing Estimator
HCS is seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator in Centreville, VA! The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for estimating, pre-construction, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations for a variety of large commercial and industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Estimating and quantity take-offs
- Preparing and managing bid packages
- Scheduling
- Cost control
- Managing RFI
- Obtains pricing for materials
- Client relations
- Procurement
- Bid analysis and quality control
Requirements:
- 5+ years' commercial or industrial estimating experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
- Takeoff Experience
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Federal or government project experience preferred
