• Handle inbound customer support inquiries via phone and email from business clients
• Provide assistance related to products and services while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within a CRM system
• Resolve questions efficiently while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex customer inquiries when needed
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and service standards

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience, with a focus on inbound support
• Experience working within a CRM system;
  Salesforce experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work full-time hours and commit to a hybrid onsite schedule
• Ability to pass a background check
