CARFAX is a mission‑focused organization dedicated to providing accurate vehicle history information. We are looking for a customer‑service professional who can communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and deliver exceptional service to our dealer customers.
Position is based in US, remote with 3 days in office per week.

- 3 days in office per week (subject to change).

- Handle inbound calls and emails from dealer customers with professionalism and efficiency, providing accurate information and resolving queries effectively.
- Act as the first point of contact for dealer support, offering solutions to inquiries and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist dealers by guiding them through CARFAX services and tools, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions by updating information in our systems in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for dealer customers.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and processes; share insights proactively with the team.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.
- Positive, “can‑do” attitude with proven problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.

Salary Range
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $36,000 – $69,000, adjusted for location, experience, and qualifications.
