Our motto at Taylor Robinson Music is "Learn to Play From the Heart". We are looking for private music instructors, especially for Piano, who share this philosophy. We aim to make music lessons accessible and affordable to as many people as possible, believing that music education is essential to a better, happier world.

We do not have a brick‑and‑mortar studio in the Centreville area but have many students seeking teachers. Lessons may be conducted at the student’s home, your own home or studio, or via webcam (whichever aligns with your preference and travel flexibility).

• Teach music lessons to students of all ages, focusing on piano instruction.
• Maintain punctuality, organization, and clear communication with our office and students.
• Travel to students in the Centreville, VA area if necessary, following local health guidelines.
• Adhere to COVID‑19 safety protocols: wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing as applicable.

• Formal music training is not mandatory, but you must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience.
• Experience teaching children and excellent communication skills.

• Independent contractor compensation between $20‑$30 per hour, adjusted for travel time, experience/education, and student retention.
• Flexibility to set your own schedule and curriculum.
