Job Summary

A Land Development Project Manager with 8-15 years of civil engineering experience is required to work on diverse projects across the public and private sectors, including mixed-use developments, government facilities, residential, commercial, office spaces, utilities, infrastructure, and mission-critical/data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.
  • Oversee site planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design for private and public sector clients.
  • Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Security Consultants, and Surveyors to develop creative design solutions.
  • Utilize Civil3D/AutoCAD for site design, grading, and utility planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for land development projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project success.
Must-Have
  • 8-15 years of experience in civil engineering land development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Civil3D/AutoCAD for site design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of stormwater management, infrastructure design, and site planning.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Experience working with private sector clients and public sector/federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with mixed-use, transit-oriented, and mission-critical projects.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
