Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA a plus)
- 5–10+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or cash management
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing short-term liquidity models, including 13-week cash flow forecasts
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, cash forecasting, and debt instruments
- Experience with treasury systems and ERP platforms preferred
- Manage daily cash operations, including cash positioning, funding requirements, and liquidity forecasting to ensure sufficient operating capital.
- Oversee banking relationships, including account management, wire transfers, credit facilities, and treasury service optimization.
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support operational and strategic financial planning.
- Monitor debt activity, covenant compliance, and borrowing requirements, coordinating with lenders and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Execute investment and cash management strategies to maximize returns while maintaining appropriate risk levels and liquidity.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of treasury transactions, including bank reconciliations, intercompany funding, and investment activity.
- Support financial reporting and audit processes by providing treasury schedules, documentation, and analysis.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and executive leadership to support capital planning and financial decision-making.
