Investor Relations & FP&A Analyst - Mobility

Job Overview

Mobility Global is preparing to become an independent, publicly traded company. This role builds a best-in-class Investor Relations function from day‑one, serving as the intersection of financial analysis, earnings execution, and capital markets messaging. Reports to the Head of Investor Relations.

• Standalone narrative and KPI framework – define and pressure‑test metrics and story investors will rely on.
• Spin‑related financial complexity – support modeling and disclosure readiness around separation impacts.
• High-visibility execution – contribute directly to early earnings cycles where credibility and "no surprises" are critical.

• Build the IR operating cadence and credibility foundation for a newly independent public company.
• Earnings cycle execution & disclosure "source of truth" – own the "tick & tie" discipline across earnings materials, draft quarterly deliverables, coordinate logistics, and maintain a living Q&A library.
• Street consensus, modeling, and peer/competitive intelligence – maintain and analyze street consensus templates, perform structured competitor and peer teardowns, and translate findings into concise leadership briefings.
• Strategic analysis, valuation support & shareholder tracking – support internal valuation and capital markets analysis, monitor institutional ownership, and help prepare investor engagement materials.
• Investor Day Planning & Execution – lead end‑to‑end planning, develop project plan, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure a seamless event experience.

Base salary: $90 000 – $120 000, commensurate with location, experience, skills, licenses, and certifications.

Eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.

• 3+ years in Corporate FP&A, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or a similar analytical role with quantitative and financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Technical tools:
  Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Fact Set or equivalent.
• Data integrity mindset – meticulous attention to detail, reconciliation, version control, and quality checks.
• Communication – translate complex performance drivers into clear, investor‑grade narrative; strong writing and synthesis.
• Operating style – self‑starter with strong judgment, managing multiple deadlines under earnings‑cycle pressure.

Mobility Global’s earnings materials and disclosures are consistently accurate, tightly reconciled, and investor ready. Leadership is prepared with crisp, fact‑based answers, the street model set is tracked with discipline, and IR messaging is adjusted proactively.
