Job Title:System Test Engineer
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented System Test Engineer to join our team! You will be part of the team to fully test and verify hybrid solutions for our growing cyber solutions line of business. You will be responsible for manual and automated test execution, accurate record-keeping of the results, and support to the issue resolution process.
This is a hands-on role on a mission-critical program. Your work directly contributes to matters of national security. You will help the team evolve a TRL-5 prototype system into a TRL-8 product in support of a classified customer pilot deployment.
What You'll Be Doing- Associate's degree, technical training, or relevant experience in software testing, system testing, or quality assurance; equivalent practical experience may be considered
- 2 + years of systems engineering or related experience
- Experience executing test cases and documenting results
- Experience with Agile software development environments
- Experience with test management, defect tracking, and requirements traceability tools
- Working knowledge of networking protocols, services, and encapsulation techniques (e.g. TCP/IP (V4/V6), UDP, HTTPS, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members
- Basic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Wire Shark or other network packet analysis tool
- An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and API testing tools, to include hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Robot Framework, JUnit, or similar testing platforms
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, microservices, or data-driven systems
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $
