Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide pediatric home healthcare for patients with G-tubes and Broviac lines.
Shifts are available during weekdays and weekends, from 8:30am to 8:30pm, offering flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities Include- Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
- Initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness
- Responding to changes in patient condition and reporting to physicians or supervisors
- Providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning
- Current RN license in the practicing state
- Valid health certificate and BLS certification
- Current PPD or chest X-ray
- Preferably, at least one year of RN experience
