Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.;
Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.;
Ensure guest service staff deliver a great customer experience and that Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, is fast, that food is safe, and that food cost is controlled; train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items.;
Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew; motivate and recognize staff throughout their time working there.
