Retail Lead Generators

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks Retail Lead Generators to represent our residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in high-traffic retail locations. In this role, you'll proactively approach shoppers, spark conversations about home comfort and repair needs, and secure qualified appointments for our service teams. You'll use strong communication and people skills to educate customers on current promotions, accurately record lead information, and hit daily and weekly lead goals.

ARS-Rescue Rooter offers paid training, performance recognition, and clear paths to advance into sales or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers to generate interest in ARS-Rescue Rooter HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Proactively approach customers in store locations to explain promotional offers and schedule in-home estimates
• Qualify leads by asking basic questions about home comfort, plumbing, or electrical needs
• Accurately capture customer information and enter leads into CRM or lead tracking systems
• Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to ensure smooth follow-up on generated leads
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets
• Represent ARS-Rescue Rooter professionally while following all retail partner and safety guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on service offerings, promotions, and customer engagement best practices
