Provide customer service to clients and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control, and other security-related policies;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, labs, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards;
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other monitoring systems, and respond to incidents and critical situations;
Control entry and exit at gates and/or lobbies by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing visitors to authorized areas;
Complete detailed reports and logs, and communicate with supervision and site contacts during shift briefings and incident follow-up
