Fleet Mechanic
HCS is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic in Centreville, VA! The Fleet Mechanic will be responsible for all duties related to fleet vehicles and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor and/or complex repairs for all equipment
- Repair Truck & Trailer
- Tire maintenance and repairs
- May be required to test drive equipment if certified
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain a proactive work environment
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience as a Fleet Mechanic performing vehicle repair and maintenance
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly
- Knowledge and use of hand tools from simple wrenches to pneumatic tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have valid driver's license
